Position: Private Equity Expert

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $130/hour (with potential increases for top performers)

Location: Remote

Duration: Minimum four-week engagement, with potential for significant extension or rotation to future projects

Commitment: At least 10 hours/week, fully asynchronous and flexible scheduling

Role Responsibilities

• Apply private equity expertise to tasks involving financial modeling, market sizing/TAM analysis, investment research, CIM creation, due diligence processes, NDA/legal document processing, and deal sourcing
• Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated documentation relating to private equity workflows and transactions
• Assist research teams in developing and calibrating AI models for advanced financial analysis and investment automation
• Collaborate asynchronously with research and product teams to improve system accuracy and operational rigor

Qualifications

• Strong experience working in private equity at a top firm, with expertise in at least one of the following:
• Financial modeling
• Market sizing/TAM analysis
• Investment or analysis summaries and memos
• CIM creation and/or due diligence
• NDA/legal document processing
• Deal sourcing
• Ability to work independently and manage flexible, asynchronous work schedules
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
