Who we are

We are a fashion-forward housewares company looking for the best and brightest to join our talented team. We pride ourselves on bringing high-quality products to market, creating an excellent and rewarding work environment, and constantly striving for growth and improvement.

We manufacture and sell kitchenware, hydration, and everyday products through retailers of all sizes — from major national chains to independent specialty shops across the U.S. and internationally. Over the past 15 years, we’ve built an incredible, diverse team across multiple global offices. As our Ecommerce business continues to scale, we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to support our Amazon and Shopify operations.

Who you are

You are a highly organized and execution-focused ecommerce professional who can work in a fast-paced environment and follow established processes with accuracy. You have hands-on experience building and updating product listings, managing catalog data, and supporting marketplace operations. You take ownership of your work, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and are comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams across time zones.

You enjoy problem-solving, working with spreadsheets, improving product detail pages, monitoring catalog health, and supporting advertising and inventory workflows. You are dependable, proactive, and looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within an established and rapidly expanding ecommerce team.

The role

We are hiring a remote Ecommerce Specialist to support our Amazon and Shopify businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and updating product listings, managing catalog accuracy, preparing inventory and replenishment reports, coordinating content updates and photoshoots, and supporting day-to-day marketplace operations.

You will collaborate closely with our U.S. Ecommerce Manager, Photography, Product Development, Marketing, and Graphic Design teams to ensure that listings are built correctly, content follows brand guidelines, and catalog data remains clean and consistent. You will monitor listing quality, help troubleshoot issues in Seller Central and Shopify, support FBA replenishment workflows, and assist in maintaining advertising campaigns using established processes and templates.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, process-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing ecommerce department.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update product listings on Amazon and Shopify using Excel templates and brand guidelines
  • Ensure catalog accuracy across SKUs, variations, attributes, images, pricing and keywords
  • Monitor listings for suppressions, errors, and missing attributes and resolve issues promptly
  • Manage and replenish FBA inventory using replenishment suggestions and product sell through
  • Review sales trends, product data, and competitor listings to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Update product detail pages, A+ content, and brand stores using creative assets provided by internal teams
  • Assist with pay-per-click advertising workflows including keyword updates, bulk uploads, and campaign maintenance
  • Prepare weekly reports on sales, inventory, pricing, and catalog health
  • Open, track, and follow up on support cases within Amazon Seller Central
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of ecommerce operations
  • Daily check-ins with Ecommerce Manager for prioritization and progress updates

Skills and Experience

  • 1-3+ years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify Admin
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, formatting, data organization)
  • Familiarity with FBA processes, inventory management, and catalog troubleshooting
  • Experience with PPC workflows (bulk uploads, keyword harvesting, campaign edits)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow SOPs, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong written English and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with remote teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Salary: RON 54,000 – 90,000 / year
