As we expand the events branch of LOUDER., we are looking for a Growth Partner who wants to help build and scale these experiences.

Role Description

This is a remote, revenue-share based partnership for a Growth Partner focused on the events side of LOUDER. The role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial who enjoys building momentum around meaningful experiences and knows how to attract the right audience.

You will focus on growing attendance and partnerships for LOUDER events, helping transform ideas into sold-out rooms and thriving communities.

Key areas of involvement:

• audience growth and ticket sales 

• partnerships and collaborations 

• identifying new distribution channels and communities 

• supporting the launch and promotion of new events 

This is not a traditional salaried role - it is a revenue-based partnership with upside tied directly to the success of the events.

Qualifications

This might be a great fit if you:

• have experience in growth, partnerships, community building or event sales 

• are entrepreneurial and comfortable working with revenue-share models 

• enjoy connecting people and building meaningful collaborations 

• are proactive and self-directed in a remote environment 

• care about purpose-driven brands and creative communities 

Experience with events, communities or creative industries is a strong asset.

Compensation

Revenue share from ticket sales and partnerships generated through your efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building things from the ground up and prefers upside and ownership over a fixed salary.
