Daily Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and managing ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
- Implement testing frameworks (A/B tests, copy variations, audience splits).
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using internal templates.
- Identify patterns and suggest improvements based on performance data.
- Collaborate with senior media buyers and creative teams to execute strategies.
Compensation
€400 – €1100 per month before tax, depending on experience and performance.
Requirements
Perfect written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to work full-time during Central European business hours.
Nice to have:
Experience with paid media platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
Understanding of key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or data dashboards.
Availability
Full-time freelance position.
Fully remote.
