Sales Development Representative

Role Description

This is a remote commission only Sales Development Representative role focused on helping Colossus expand its client base across the UK and Europe.

You will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients who need brand and digital upgrades conducting short discovery calls and working with our strategy team to close deals.

What You Will Do:

• Generate and qualify new leads across multiple industries such as hospitality retail tech and services

• Conduct outreach via email LinkedIn and phone using scripts and tools provided

• Build relationships with business owners and marketing teams

• Set discovery meetings and support the sales pipeline

• Collaborate with the Colossus team through proposal and close stages

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission Only Role – earn up to 3-5% per closed deal

• Average commission: £400–£1,000 per client

• No earnings cap – your effort determines your income

• Access to tools such as CRM scripts and deck templates

• Full product and sales training

• Remote flexible working schedule

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales Business Development or SDR roles

• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills

• Proven ability to generate and qualify leads

• Self motivated organised and proactive

• Interest in branding digital marketing or AI tech

• Previous agency experience is a plus but not required
