Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer (Web & AI Agents) to help us design and build the next generation of AI-powered recruitment automation.

You will work on:

• AI agents development using LangChain & LangSmith
• Modern web applications built with Next.js
• Secure authentication and identity management (Clerk)
• Integrations with ATS systems and job boards
• Scalable backend and AI orchestration systems

This role is ideal for an engineer passionate about AI systems, LLM orchestration, and production-grade SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js
• Design and implement AI agent workflows using LangChain
• Monitor, debug, and optimize AI chains using LangSmith
• Build scalable AI-assisted screening and interview systems
• Integrate with external job boards and ATS platforms via APIs
• Implement authentication and user management using Clerk
• Design backend services and API layers
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices
• Collaborate closely with Product, AI, and Growth teams
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (SaaS or product environment)
• Experience with Next.js and modern React architecture
• Experience working with LangChain (or similar LLM orchestration frameworks)
• Understanding of AI agents, tool-calling, and prompt engineering
• Experience integrating third-party APIs
• Experience (Node.js / serverless / API design)
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with LangSmith
• Experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents
• Familiarity with vector databases
• Startup experience or early-stage SaaS environment
