We are looking for analytical and results-driven professionals to join our procurement team as a Procurement Consultant, Strategic Buyer, or Category Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting sourcing strategies, supplier management, procurement analysis, and category planning to optimize purchasing performance and business efficiency. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement solutions while maintaining quality, compliance, and operational excellence. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement and sourcing activities across assigned categories and business functions.
- Analyze spending patterns, supplier performance, and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Develop and maintain procurement reports, category insights, and purchasing analyses.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and business objectives.
- Support contract management, vendor onboarding, and procurement compliance processes.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing performance, and supplier delivery timelines where applicable.
- Participate in strategic sourcing initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Prepare presentations, forecasts, and recommendations for procurement and management teams.
- Stay updated with market conditions, industry trends, and procurement best practices.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or procurement reporting tools.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, sourcing strategies, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or vendor management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical and business skills are encouraged to apply.
