About the Opportunity

Careerscape is actively recruiting a Project Coordinator on behalf of a leading sales company based in Austin. This is an excellent remote opportunity for detail-oriented professionals eager to drive project success within a dynamic sales organization. You'll manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with company goals — all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Compensation: $70,000–$90,000/year

Location: Remote (Company based in Austin, TX)

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and external stakeholders
• Gather project requirements and align initiatives with company goals
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Organize project kickoff meetings and daily stand-ups
• Track project progress and report on outcomes to leadership
• Evaluate project success and provide actionable feedback for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination within sales
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of sales processes and workflows
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is an advantage
