Join our Internal Brand Growth Team at Canopy Management, the industry’s leading AI-first eCommerce growth partner.
We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Designer — a full-stack idea generator who blends concept, design, motion, and AI workflows to build high-performance creative that drives brand authority, thought leadership, and measurable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Partner directly with the VP of Marketing to concept, storyboard, and execute creative campaigns
- Design high-caliber creative for paid ads, social, email, UGC, decks, and brand content
- Launch 8–10 new ad-level creatives per week (live in ad account)
- Develop short-form video, motion assets, and dynamic variations
- Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, SD, Figma AI, etc.) to accelerate ideation and production
- Analyze performance data, iterate fast, and apply learnings weekly
- Maintain an elite visual identity across all touchpoints
- Systemize creative production with templates, libraries, and automation workflows

What You Bring
- 2+ years digital design experience (agency or startup preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing static + motion creative used in paid or social campaigns
- Mastery of Adobe Suite, Figma/Canva, and short-form video editing tools
- Proven ability to use AI to boost creativity, speed, and output
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and performance testing
- Excellent communication and creative organization skills
Performance Expectations
Weekly Output
- 8–10 new ad creatives (tested live)
- 6–12 creative variations
- 3–5 short-form edits / UGC / motion assets
- 3–5 organic creatives
- 1–2 concept boards or internal brand visuals
- Weekly reporting + AI creative variations
Monthly Targets
- 2–4 cross-channel campaigns
- 60–90 total creative assets
- AI systems, templates, and performance reporting
30/60/90 Success Roadmap
30 Days: Brand mastery, AI workflow setup, 8–10 tests/week
60 Days: Scale creative velocity, increase CTRs, systemize AI workflows
90 Days: Own the creative engine, deliver ROI, document systems for scale
Compensation
Total Potential: $82,000–$106,000+ annually
