Role Overview:

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales & Affiliate Associate to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and comprehensive affiliate program management. This is a performance-driven role ideal for an ambitious professional with 3+ years of sales or business development experience who thrives in a performance based pay environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving cross-selling and upselling strategies while supporting the building and managing our affiliate network to accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute inbound & outbound sales strategies to identify and convert prospects into customers
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting activities through phone, email, and social media outreach
  • Implement cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize customer lifetime value
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers in the crypto and blockchain space
  • Collaborate with relevant team members to optimize lead generation campaigns and conversion funnels

Affiliate Program Management

  • Support in the design, launch, and manage comprehensive affiliate marketing programs
  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with high-performing affiliates and partners
  • Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements to maximize program ROI
  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics and provide optimization recommendations
  • Create promotional materials, guidelines, and training resources for affiliates
  • Ensure compliance with affiliate marketing regulations and industry best practices

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and affiliate program metrics
  • Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and process improvement
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies and industry trends
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales conversion rates

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or affiliate marketing
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a commission-based environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, affiliate networks, and performance marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and affiliate tracking platforms
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach and prospecting activities
  • English native speaker or a demonstrated strong grasp of the English language

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industries
  • Knowledge of crypto affiliate programs and digital asset marketing
  • Previous experience with cross-selling and upselling strategies
  • Understanding of SaaS sales models and subscription-based revenue
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Compensation Structure:
