Head of Operations & Supply Chain

Looking for a hands-on, impactful operations and supply chain leadership role in a profitable, fast-growing CPG brand with big ambitions?

We’re working with a profitable, founder-led CPG business ($25M+ ARR) seeking a Head of Operations & Supply Chain to own and optimise the full operating engine of the business across Amazon, DTC, and retail.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building forecasting systems aligned with finance and sales, preventing overstock and stockouts.
• Managing supplier, CMO, and 3PL relationships to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost control.
• Driving operational process improvements across the business, identifying gaps, and implementing scalable systems.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance.
• Using data and dashboards to drive decisions, reporting on KPIs that impact margin and cash.
• Playing a critical role in enabling the business to grow from $25M to $100M+ revenue.

About you:

• Experienced operations and supply chain leader in $20–50M CPG brands (Amazon and retail preferred).
• Skilled in end-to-end supply chain, but also comfortable with cash flow, process optimisation, and cross-functional leadership.
• Analytical, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced, execution-led environment.
• Ready to build and lead systems that scale as the business grows.
