Graphic Designer
Job Description
Posted on: March 18, 2026
Volunteer for a startup using AI to close the gender health gap! 🩺ENDOless is a privacy-first, AI-powered health data platform designed to correct structural gender bias in healthcare and improve diagnosis for those living with chronic pelvic pain.
Women experience significant health inequality, with diagnostic delays for conditions like endometriosis averaging 7–10 years. This is a systemic data crisis; many medical models are trained on male-dominant datasets, leading to biased diagnostic pathways. Chronic pain that is dismissed or misdiagnosed leads to higher rates of professional dropout and hundreds of billions in lost productivity annually—turning health inequality into economic inequality.
ENDOless addresses the root cause: the absence of high-quality data representing women’s lived experiences. We provide a digital tool for tracking symptoms and pain patterns in high resolution, using AI to generate personalized insights and flare-up predictions. Beyond individual support, we transform anonymized, ethically structured data into research-grade datasets. This enables healthcare providers and institutions to better understand health patterns, leading to earlier interventions and more equitable clinical outcomes.
Role (Volunteer, unpaid): Graphic DesignerRole Description:What if your design work could help make women’s health impossible to ignore?
ENDOless is building an AI-powered, privacy-first platform transforming women’s chronic health data into structured insights for research and care.
