About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and influence the visual direction of various in-house projects, including website redesigns, app interfaces, branding initiatives, and multimedia content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions across multiple formats and media. As a senior team member, you will collaborate closely with the Art Director, Creative Director, and cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives. You will take ownership of large-scale projects, mentor junior designers, and stay abreast of current design trends to ensure our outputs are modern and user-centric. This position is remote but offers the flexibility to work from one of our physical office locations if preferred. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Design or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in digital design roles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with Figma or Adobe XD (minimum 1 year)
  • Knowledge of Sketch, Procreate, and Canva
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Experience leading large-scale projects and mentoring team members
  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment and managing multiple priorities independently

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Art Director and Creative Director to develop innovative and strategic visual concepts aligned with company goals
  • Lead high-visibility projects, developing multiple design options and guiding teams through feedback cycles
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and other creative team members
  • Stay informed of current design trends in color, typography, UI, and overall aesthetics, applying them to projects
  • Design and refine web and mobile interfaces, illustrations, infographics, logos, branding systems, and presentation materials
  • Create style guides, branding resources, and other design documentation to ensure consistency across projects
  • Represent the design team in cross-functional initiatives, managing project timelines and deliverables effectively
  • Engage in research to understand user needs and incorporate insights into design solutions
  • Push creative boundaries while maintaining usability and brand consistency
