Job Overview

We’re hiring a driven Sales Development Representative to fuel our growth in the US and beyond. You’ll be the first touchpoint for many of our future customers - engaging inbound leads, running outbound campaigns, and qualifying prospects for the Account Executive team. This is a high-energy, target-driven role where you’ll play a crucial part in building pipeline and setting up deals for success.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new pipeline: Prospect into target accounts via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Qualify inbound leads: Follow up on trial sign-ups, webinar attendees, and contact form submissions.
  • Engage decision-makers: Run thoughtful, high-impact outreach to L&D, HR, and senior business stakeholders.
  • Set qualified meetings with high-potential prospects and ensure a smooth, detailed handover to the AE team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaigns, events, and content-driven leads.
  • Attend industry conferences (primarily in the US, but also UK and Europe) to generate leads and strengthen customer and partner relationships.
  • Experiment and improve: Test messaging, sequences, and channels to increase conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year in a sales or business development role (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • EdTech / learning tech experience is a big plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar).
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and events (mainly in the US).
