Strategic Partnership Manager

  • Preference for remote sales candidates based in Phoenix, the Midwest, or the Southeast.

What you’ll do

  • Open new enterprise-level nonprofit accounts and build a strong, sustainable book of business.
  • Grow and develop existing accounts through consultative, solutions-focused selling.
  • Grow your region, plus become immersed in one or two unique verticals nationally.
  • Drive proactive outreach (including significant cold calling) to build a pipeline and secure meetings.
  • Represent DollarDays at conferences, trade shows, and customer visits (15–25% travel).
  • Collaborate closely with operations, sourcing, and customer success to deliver a frictionless experience.
  • Manage your opportunities in our CRM, and consistently hit (and exceed) goals.
  • Help grow and shape the operational processes for an expanding department.

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years of B2B sales and business development experience with a hunter mentality and a track record of opening new customers. Nonprofit sales a plus.
  • Significant direct outreach (cold-calling, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) experience and comfort driving outbound efforts.
  • Strong consultative skills: discovery, diagnosing needs, solution building, and closing.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills; ability to earn trust with large nonprofits.
  • Process discipline (pipeline hygiene, forecasting) and the ability to find creative solutions and win deals.
  • A heart for mission-driven work and the drive to outperform.
  • Commitment to clearly tracking all activities in the CRM system

Role details

  • Start date: January 2026
  • Compensation: strong base with excellent, uncapped OTE
  • Work remotely - all equipment provided
  • Benefits: Strong benefits package including a matching 401 (k) and profit-sharing plan
  • Training: Initial week-long product and process training at our headquarters, followed by continuous OJT and guidance.
  • Reports to Richard Barney, Director of Strategic Partnerships.
