Graphic Design and Creative Ad Strategist

We at VVV Agency are looking for aGraphic Designer & Creative Ad Director / Visual Ad Strategist

(or whatever you prefer to call yourself)

Someone who:

• 🎨 Creates ad creatives for campaigns on digital platforms (and sometimes for print as well)

• 🎯 Applies visual concepts that bring results, not just likes

• ✍️ Contributes to developing advertising strategies (tone of voice, ad ideas, copy concepts)

• 📊 Comes up with creatives based on marketing goals and data – not just “make it pretty”

• 🧠 Understands the principles of advertising design and consumer psychology

• 🧩 Can think conceptually but also execute in detail

What we’re looking for:

• 🎨 A strong portfolio focused on graphic design

• 🕐 At least 1 year of experience as a graphic designer (freelance or in-house – doesn’t matter, the experience does)

• 📢 A genuine interest in advertising and marketing – we want someone who understands communication

• 📈 Experience with ad campaigns (banners, promo visuals, social media content) is a big plus

• 🧠 Ability to understand briefs and think strategically – not just visually

• 💬 Solid communication, respect for deadlines, and a collaborative mindset
