VFP System Ltd. is a dynamically developing, 100% Hungarian-owned industrial company with more than 33 years of stable corporate group background. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for the strategic development of the Czech and Slovak markets.
You will be responsible for the strategic market development of VITRANS conveyor systems and our custom aluminum machine manufacturing profile systems in the Czech Republic and Slovakia-from brand introduction to the building of an integrator network. We are looking for a professional who is skilled at building new markets, establishing partner networks, and successfully representing the brand directly to the executives of the manufacturers. The Business Development Manager will report directly to the Strategy and Sales Director and play a key strategic role in regional growth. There is currently no dedicated team in the Czech Republic, so the role comes with full responsibility for market development and network building. This is not a classic sales role-it’s business-, network-and brand building.
Tasks
• Strategic development of the Czech and Slovak markets, preparation and implementation of a business development plan
• Market launch of VITRANS conveyor systems and aluminum machine manufacturing profile systems
• Building and expanding an integrator and distributor network
• Finding new industrial partners, system integrators, machine constructors and manufacturing companies
• Direct meetings with end-user manufacturing companies (production, engineering and investment decision-makers)
• Organizing an executing system demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations at manufacturers’ sites
• Brand building in the region: increasing professional visibility, active market presence
• Participation and representation at industrial exhibitions and professional conferences
• Planning and delivering workshops, product demonstrations, and partner events
• Conducting negotiations independently, coordinating offers and completing business deals
• Ongoing monitoring of market trends and competitor activity
• Close cooperation with the Hungarian engineering, marketing and sales team
Why You?
• You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales or business development
•You have a degree in engineering
• You have experience in direct negotiations with manufacturing companies
• You have worked in automation, machine manufacturing, intralogistics, or industrial component distribution
• You have adequate knowledge of the market and a strong network
• You have experience in building partner or integrator networks
• You have a hunter mindset and a proactive, market-building approach
• You negotiate confidently with decision-makers and technical managers
• You have native or advanced Czech and fluent English language skills
• You work independently, in a structured and results-oriented way
• You are open to travelling regularly within the Czech Republic and Slovakia
