Role Description The HR Analyst role is a part-time remote position focused on supporting data-driven human resources decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data related to headcount, employee performance, attrition, and engagement. The HR Analyst will assist with benefits administration reporting, maintain and update Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and prepare regular dashboards and summaries for HR management. This role will collaborate with HR and leadership teams to identify trends, support policy development, and recommend process improvements. The HR Analyst is expected to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Strong Human Resources (HR) knowledge, including HR Management practices and policies.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present clear insights.
- Experience with Benefits Administration processes, reporting, and compliance support.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including data entry, maintenance, and report generation.
- Excellent Excel and data visualization skills; familiarity with HR analytics tools is an advantage.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to data privacy and ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
