Digital Media Coordinator – Network Team

• Location: Remote Role with occasional opportunity to travel.

Union Square Media (USM) has an immediate opening for a Remote Digital Media Coordinator on our Network Team. In this role, you will report to the COO while working closely with the ad sales team to support advertiser accounts. You’ll have the opportunity to set up contracts, links, and learning campaign set up and management under a variety of verticals, while building meaningful relationships.

What You’ll Learn and Do

This role will immerse you in the dynamic world of digital media and give you firsthand experience with:

• Interpreting real-time performance insights.
• Developing winning creative strategies.
• Optimizing media campaigns using data, metrics, and innovative thinking.
• Creating links, contracts, and learning deals/verticals for advertisers.

You'll also play a pivotal role in analyzing data, conducting research, and supporting the execution of media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate reports such as lead data, publisher performance, and advertiser insights.
• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and create detailed reports to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, provide solutions, and implement growth strategies.
• Manage links, contracts, and campaign verticals to foster partnerships with advertisers.
• Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to optimize campaigns.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using software and tracking tools.
• Maintain and update statistical reports.
• Work closely with the technology team to facilitate offer builds and campaign performance tracking.
• Monitor industry trends and platform updates to stay ahead of changes in the digital marketing landscape.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, including budget tracking and invoice reconciliation.
