With a loyal global customer base, we’ve built our reputation through unique designs and content that inspires adventure. Now, we’re looking to scale our organic presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube with a dedicated Social Media Manager.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to own Tucann’s organic growth across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role goes beyond posting; it’s about understanding our audience, leveraging cultural trends, and building a strong community around the Tucann lifestyle. You’ll work closely with our VP in Product Development and Email Marketing, Video Editor and Graphic Design Team to create scroll-stopping, platform-native content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Tucann’s organic growth strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Manage the content calendar to align with campaigns and launches.
  • Collaborate with the creative team (video editor & designers) to produce high-quality content.
  • Create and post engaging Stories highlighting products, new collections, and exciting events.
  • Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats relevant to our audience and adapt them to Tucann.
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions and CTAs to drive interaction.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, optimizing strategy as needed.
  • Actively engage with the community by responding to comments and DMs.
  • Work with the team to test and iterate on new content ideas.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for a consumer-facing brand (fashion/lifestyle/e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong grasp of social media algorithms, trends, and growth strategies.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to produce content that feels native to each platform.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable collaborating with a creative team.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using insights and analytics tools.
  • Passion for lifestyle, fashion, and creating content that resonates.
