Director of Marketing, Studient (Remote) - $150,000/year USD
Job Description
Posted on: August 7, 2025
Are you a versatile marketer with a passion for executing strategies and tackling complex challenges? Step into a role where your skills can truly shine. At Studient, we're revolutionizing the way public schools in the U.S. assist students in need. Our AI-driven Motivention™ platform offers personalized learning experiences while significantly reducing the administrative burden on teachers. Designed for MTSS and special education, our platform enables students to progress 4.6 times faster, with schools only investing in proven success. Your mission is to take the reins of our marketing efforts, crafting and implementing strategies that elevate our market presence. Collaborate closely with the CEO, enjoy creative freedom, and focus on impactful execution without the hindrance of outdated practices. If you excel in environments where strategic vision meets hands-on execution, and you’re driven by the challenge of capturing the attention of public education stakeholders with compelling messaging, we want to hear from you. What You Will Be Doing
- Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost the adoption of Studient’s MTSS solutions in U.S. public schools.
- Develop a unique brand identity that speaks to district-level decision-makers and leaders in special education.
- Manage and enhance campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, overseeing copy, creative elements, and performance metrics.
- Create impactful content, including sales presentations, brochures, landing pages, and social media posts, leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Identify and secure opportunities for speaking engagements, press features, and thought leadership to strengthen brand authority.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Overseeing a large team or outsourcing key tasks—this role is for hands-on professionals.
- Approaching public sector marketing like traditional B2B SaaS—our audience is distinct and requires tailored strategies.
- Getting bogged down in approval processes or excessive planning—we prioritize agility and tangible results.
- Relying on outdated channels that don't deliver—we focus on testing, iterating, and investing in effective methods.
- Ignoring the potential of AI—our product is AI-based, and your workflow should embrace it too.
Director Of Marketing Key Responsibilities Lead the charge in generating qualified leads and driving district-level adoption of Studient’s MTSS platform by devising and executing a high-impact, brand-centric marketing strategy. Basic Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in marketing roles with end-to-end ownership (from strategy to execution).
- Experience in marketing to U.S. audiences within the public sector, education, or adjacent government industries.
- Proven success in executing digital campaigns, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Exceptional content creation skills—ability to write, edit, and design with clarity and intention.
- Proficiency with AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and maintain high standards.
- Data-driven, goal-focused, and enthusiastic about building from the ground up.
- Proficient in English.
