The Travel Specialist role at Travoom is built around a simple objective: help travel-related requests move from research or inquiry through accurate documentation, coordination, and follow-up. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates in the United States.
This position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with Travoom.

You will also be expected to keep track of open work by resolving routine questions and escalating complex booking or service issues with clear notes.
What Success Looks Like
