Remote Luxury Travel Consultant

Role Description

This is a remote role for a Luxury Travel Consultant. The role involves crafting premium travel experiences for clients by providing personalised travel consulting, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless reservations and itineraries. The consultant will also assist clients with travel inquiries, deliver exceptional customer service, and stay updated on luxury travel trends and destinations to better serve customers.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, including creating bespoke travel itineraries and plans
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and handling logistics such as transportation, accommodation, and activities
• Strong skills in Customer Service and communication to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution
• Expertise in handling Reservations for luxury travel, ensuring accuracy and top-tier experience
• Familiarity with luxury tourism trends and destinations is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, independent environment
• Proficiency with travel booking software and related tools
• Prior experience in luxury or high-end travel consulting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or related field preferred
