For one of our successful projects in the field of e-commerce and online shopping, we are looking for dedicated Customer Support Specialists with very good German skills. The focus is on assisting our customers via digital channels, supplemented by occasional phone support.

🔹 Your New Responsibilities
- Assisting and advising customers primarily via live chat and digital communication channels, supplemented by occasional phone support
- Assisting with questions regarding orders, products, and technical issues
- Conducting troubleshooting and guiding customers through problem resolution in a clear, easy-to-understand manner
- Processing customer inquiries using various internal systems and tools
- Ensuring friendly, professional, and solution-oriented communication
- Documenting customer contacts and adhering to defined processes and quality standards
- Providing phone support to customers when needed
- Escalating complex inquiries to the appropriate specialized departments
👤 What You Bring
- German language proficiency at a minimum B2 level, with strong written communication skills
- Good computer skills and general technical aptitude
- Interest in electronics, digital products, and technical solutions
- Ability to explain technical topics in a simple, understandable way
- Quick learner with a passion for problem-solving
- Excellent written expression along with a thorough and structured way of working
- Customer orientation, reliability, and self-motivation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend shifts
