About the Role


Messerli Kramer is seeking a Client Account Coordinator to serve as the primary relationship contact and account owner for assigned clients.

This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, proactively identifying client needs, coordinating responses across internal teams, and ensuring client requirements are addressed accurately and within established deadlines.

The Client Account Coordinator will participate in monthly client calls, remote audits, on-site client visits, and client questionnaires while coordinating internally to resolve inquiries and deliver a high-quality client experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary relationship contact and account owner for assigned clients.
  • Provide responsive, professional, and proactive communication to clients.
  • Anticipate client needs and resolve issues in a manner that exceeds expectations.
  • Coordinate with teams throughout the organization to address client requirements and requests.
  • Respond to client audit requests and questionnaires and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately by assigned deadlines.
  • Participate in monthly client calls, remote audits, and on-site client visits.
  • Review client inquiries, identify appropriate solutions, and resolve critical issues in a timely manner.
  • Track client deadlines and requirements to ensure commitments are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to evaluate satisfaction and identify upcoming needs.
  • Monitor account activity and coordinate follow-up with internal teams when action is required.
  • Maintain accurate client information, documentation, and electronic data files.
  • Manage high volumes of email communication while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent and timely client service.
  • Support additional client account and administrative activities as assigned.

Basic Qualifications


  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of office administration and/or client services experience.
  • Experience managing a high volume of email communications.
  • Experience handling and organizing a high volume of electronic data files.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with different levels of urgency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous legal industry experience.
  • Experience working with law firms, legal clients, or professional services organizations.
  • Experience coordinating client audits and questionnaires.
  • Experience managing client accounts or serving as a primary client contact.
  • Experience working with confidential or sensitive client information.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management and service delivery processes.
  • Experience working with high-volume documentation and electronic records.


Work Environment & Physical Requirements


This position operates within a professional office environment and involves regular use of standard office equipment and computer systems.

The role requires frequent communication, sitting or standing for extended periods, and regular use of hands and fingers to operate equipment and manage documents. Employees may occasionally need to walk, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

The position regularly requires lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds and may occasionally require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. Close vision is required for reviewing documents and electronic information.
