Volunteer Team AssistantSalary: Volunteer

Hours: Minimum twenty (20) hours weekly

Contract: Minimum six-month commitment

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Team Assistant with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.

As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Champion new initiatives.
  • Improve existing initiatives.
  • Help shape our thrivability efforts.
  • Meet regularly with team members.
  • Present ideas to people from a variety of disciplines. 

Your efforts will empower our team members and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing calendar and events
  • Assisting newcomers with onboarding processes
  • Providing general concierge assistance to teams
  • Assisting the recruitment team with job posts
  • Monitoring and evaluating newcomer integration processes
  • Processing leave requests
  • Actively participating in meetings.
  • Joining webinars and other collaborative efforts.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in management or related field
  • Working experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Well-developed problem-solving abilities 
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
  • A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills. 
  • Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
