About Us:

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who combines analytical thinking, storytelling, and strategic insight. You’ll turn data and business insights into actionable campaigns, programs, and initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative, insight-driven strategies for campaigns, brand initiatives, and go-to-market projects.
• Analyze market, audience, and performance data to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Growth, and Partnerships teams to shape messaging and creative direction.
• Build and optimize frameworks, processes, and playbooks to ensure clarity and execution excellence.
• Manage cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, partnerships, and audience growth.
• Present insights and recommendations to teams and leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in strategy, operations, program management, people leadership, or business growth in tech-forward environments.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable, creative roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI, Metabase, Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel.
• Experience leading teams, aligning stakeholders, and driving change in scaling organizations.
• Ability to implement frameworks like OKRs, KPIs, performance reviews, and creative briefs.
• People-first leader with clarity, creativity, and accountability.
