Product Designer (DTC | eCommerce | CRO Focus) (Remote)

About Us:

Honest Dog Company is a fast-growing UK dog supplements brand focused on natural, functional nutrition for dogs. We help dog owners turn everyday meals into genuinely healthy, science-led nutrition. Without fillers, fluff, or misleading claims.

We’re now looking to redesign our DTC website to better communicate our brand, build trust faster, and materially improve conversion.

The Role:

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer with strong DTC eCommerce and CRO experience to lead a redesign of our core site experience.

This is not a “make it look nicer” project.

It’s about clear positioning, strong storytelling, and conversion-driven UX.

You’ll be responsible for rethinking how our brand shows up and how customers move from interest → trust → purchase.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Visual Design, creating polished and user-friendly interfaces
• Experience in Product Design and applying Design Thinking methodologies
• Proficiency in User Research and UX Research to identify user needs and pain points
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and a strong understanding of CRO
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch)

What You'll Work On:

• Homepage redesign (brand clarity + value proposition above the fold)
• Product Detail Page (PDP) redesign with a strong conversion and subscription focus
• Collection / category page logic (guidance, not just layouts)
• Trust, education, and objection-handling through design
• UX rationale and clear Figma handoff for development
