We're looking for an Administrator to support develop, and optimise our administration, training, and consultancy processes across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who:

You’ll be working closely with the Athena Team, our Associates, and our Customers to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, training, and appointments (including virtual I.e., Zoom)
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up actions.
  • Provide support to the Director and Managers: diary management, arrange meetings, and undertake research for meetings
  • Client liaison: dealing with queries and enquiries and ongoing project liaison
  • Create and mange associate timetables and calendars
  • Support team of Associates with IT and other training / support needs
  • Use of cloud-based systems and management of office IT systems.
  • Arrange all training logistics include remote training of Athena Zoom pro, creation of evaluations and certificates links, QR codes, issuing training guides and activity packs and liaising all training requirements between the managers, associate trainer and customer.
  • Arrange consultancy projects such as focus groups, meetings including remote session’s and liaising all arrangements between the manager, associate consultant and customer.
  • Filter and respond to internal and external queries.
  • Providing support with the administration of ongoing projects.
  • Support marketing and business development activities
  • Develop and implement administrative systems and forms such as record management, policies and procedures, forms and template documents. i.e., spreadsheets
  • Support the production of training resources and trainers packs
  • Create, update and maintain manual and computerised record/information systems including a WordPress Training System and Customer Management System (CRM)
  • Support any new project development areas such as the bookings for Individual training courses and conferencing
  • Travel for in person team meetings

To be considered you’ll need to have at least a two of years’ experience of business administration.

  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Time management skills.

  • Work to deadlines.

Hours of work and Salary

Part Time – Flexible working between Mon – Friday 8.30am – 5pm (20 hours)

Salary: £18,000 per annum pro rota.
