Calling all Graduate ML EngineersLocation: Remote (UK Based)
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 per annum
I am working with a panel of innovation leaders who are looking for Graduate ML and AI Engineers. We have 3 companies who are looking for talented candidates; Series A (£3m funding received in June), PE in Robotics industry and a Fintech start up firm with well backed funding and innovative road map.
If you are a talented and driven or hold a First Class Degree with an interest to deliver robust machine learning solutions powering the next generation of automation and decision intelligence.
As a Graduate ML Engineer, you’ll work alongside a high-performing technical team, turning experimental models into production-ready ML pipelines. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, engineering, and innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building, testing, and deploying machine learning models to solve real-world problems
- Developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ML infrastructure
- Collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams
- Monitoring and optimising model performance in production
- Applying MLOps principles to ensure reliability and reproducibility
- Keeping up with advancements in ML tooling and best practices
Some skills we'd like to see:
- A Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related discipline. (Bonus points for 1st Class Degree)
- Understadning programming skills in Python, with hands-on exposure or basic knowledge using ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Exposure of data structures, algorithms, and ML workflows
- Familiarity or willingness to learn containerisation (Docker), version control (Git), and cloud services (AWS/GCP preferred)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and ML model deployment is a plus
- Demonstrated experience through personal projects, research, GitHub contributions, or internships (Include your links)
