We accompany our clients from the very first steps—building websites, integrating ERP systems, to expanding into the broader European market.

Your Role

As an SDR for Appointra, you will be the spearhead of our sales pipeline. You will collaborate directly with the Sales & Marketing Manager to execute cold outreach, validate potential leads, and actively participate in refining our B2B technology sales workflows. This is a unique opportunity to learn technology and solution sales from the ground up while directly impacting the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Actively engage with prospective clients through cold calling, email campaign outreach to introduce the Appointra platform.
  • Database Utilization & Lead Verification: Leverage and filter the company’s existing database to verify, qualify, and clean high-potential leads.
  • Workflow Fine-Tuning: Work closely with leadership to test, analyze, and fine-tune the outbound sales workflow and messaging for better conversion rates.
  • Lead Generation & Expansion: Discover and map out new market segments and B2B leads with the direct strategic guidance and companionship of the Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Appointment Setting: Convince target prospects to book a product demo session and hand over qualified opportunities to the product/project leads.
  • CRM Management: Consistently log call outcomes, customer feedback, and outreach progress into our internal CRM/tracking systems.

Job RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:

  • Academic background or initial experience in Business, Marketing, IT, or Data Analysis.
  • Strong verbal communication skills: Confident on the phone, resilient against rejection, and highly adaptable during cold calls.
  • High level of autonomy and self-management skills required for a fully remote environment.
  • Good professional English proficiency (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

Preferred Qualifications (Big Plusses):

  • Czech Language: Native or professional proficiency in Czech is a massive advantage for cold calling and building rapport with local shop owners in the Czech Republic.
  • Basic understanding or strong passion for SaaS, B2B tech sales, or solution-selling methodologies.
