Your Role: Drive Growth, Own Your Success, as a key member of our team, you’ll:
• Generate leads & close deals: Prospect clients across Australia (industries like aviation, healthcare, retail, logistics), using email, LinkedIn, and strategic outreach.
• Build relationships: Partner with business leaders to solve workforce challenges using our roster management expertise.
• Shape strategy: Collaborate with our leadership to refine sales approaches and target high-potential sectors.
• Earn based on impact: Unlock substantial commissions for every client you bring to MagWise.
You’re Our Ideal Candidate If You:
• Hold a degree or equivalent qualification (business, HR, or related fields preferred).
• Have B2B sales/business development experience
• Are a self-driven achiever who thrives in flexible, remote settings (startup/small-team experience valued).
• Excel at communication, negotiation, and building trust with clients.
• Are tech-savvy (familiar with CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
