Your Mission:
- Build and nurture relationships across agriculture, horticulture, dairy, food processing, and produce packaging.
- Launch cutting-edge solutions—tailored to the evolving needs of Australia’s producers.
- Drive sustainable growth and capture new markets, backed by a supportive global network and resources.
- Travel Australia-wide, and access international R&D training at Tama’s global headquarters.
What You’ll Bring:
- Track record of success in sales, account management, or manufacturing—preferably in packaging, food processing, or Agri-manufacturing.
- Hands-on approach with technical/mechanical know-how and commercial acumen. Able to professionally conduct on-site pallet wrap demonstrations and win business for Tama distributors
- Ability to identify new opportunities, build relationships, develop account plans, and maintain current business with Tama national distributors and end users.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills—at every level.
- Ambition, energy, and a ‘can-do’ mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and providing ‘best in class’ customer service.
- Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally, interstate, and internationally. (A current valid driver’s license is essential.)
