About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST role on the Corporate Finance & Strategy team is critical for managing and refining the company's financial planning and forecasting processes. This position is responsible for maintaining the three-statement financial model, consolidating forecasts monthly, delivering executive-level reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analysis. The analyst also works with finance systems to enhance forecasting tools and processes, contributing to the organization's financial accuracy and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly and quarterly forecasting and annual operating plans.
- Coordinate the finance forecast calendar and collaborate to improve forecast accuracy.
- Publish monthly financial reports including key metrics, P&L, and headcount data.
- Maintain consolidated forecasts for income statements, cash flow, and balance sheets.
- Partner with finance systems teams to sustain and develop financial planning tools.
- Lead long-range financial planning aligned with strategic priorities.
- Prepare materials for board, executive leadership, and CFO financial reviews.
- Serve as a liaison to ensure stakeholder alignment and consistent process implementation.
- Support ad hoc reporting for business decision-making.
- Embed cultural principles focused on customer success, long-term building, growth mindset, inclusivity, and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills suitable for senior management.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with interest in applying AI to finance processes.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Annual base salary range: $83,300 to $140,000 USD.
- Eligibility for initial restricted stock unit grants with no vesting cliff and ongoing refresh opportunities linked to performance.
