About the Opportunity:
The PEOPLE PROGRAMS MANAGER is responsible for managing and improving key HR programs, specifically the performance and pay cycles. This role ensures these programs are executed effectively and continuously enhanced through analysis and collaboration. The manager drives cross-functional projects within the People team, supports AI-driven transformation initiatives in HR, and contributes to organizational readiness efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete mid-year and annual performance and pay cycles, including scheduling and coordination with HR partners and leadership
- Conduct post-mortem analyses after each cycle to assess outcomes and recommend improvements
- Oversee the People team's program calendar and coordinate multiple workstreams across HR functions
- Identify and address process inefficiencies within the People team
- Ensure People data is accessible and actionable with appropriate permissions
- Lead change management for AI adoption in HR, including developing training and feedback mechanisms
- Develop rewards and recognition programs related to AI transformation in collaboration with the transformation team
- Assist with programs related to IPO readiness
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in People Operations, HR program management, or related fields
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of performance management and compensation processes
- Experience conducting program evaluations and applying findings
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest or experience with AI tools in HR contexts; hands-on AI experience is advantageous
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (preferably Workday), project management tools, and Google Workspace
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Base salary range: 103,300 to 148,500 USD
- Eligibility for bonus, incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package
