About the Opportunity:
The CALENDAR ASSISTANT role is responsible for managing scheduling and coordination tasks critical to the organization’s operations. This position ensures that multiple job schedules are handled efficiently, priorities are managed effectively, and all activities are accurately tracked and communicated. The Calendar Assistant plays a key role in maintaining operational flow, supporting the team’s responsiveness and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple open jobs simultaneously, prioritizing time-sensitive tasks.
- Maintain organized and accurate scheduling queues and notes.
- Execute timely follow-ups to ensure workflow continuity.
- Adapt to high-volume periods and last-minute changes without disrupting team performance.
- Accept and apply feedback and direction from leadership promptly.
- Use various scheduling platforms, ticketing systems, and cloud-based tools to coordinate activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt to changes.
- Receptiveness to coaching and feedback.
- Consistent punctuality and dependability.
- Technical proficiency, preferably with Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in court reporting or the legal industry is a plus.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Hourly wage between $20 and $27.
