Process Administrator

Are you an experienced Process Administrator with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Process Administrator to work at their company in Akron, OH(100% remotely).Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Candidates will be calling to check in on those customers who are behind in payments – determine the situation they are in and take action: example- whether the customer is moved to the home saver group or whether it is decided to set up a payment plan.
• Phone-based/ desk-based job: 8 hours a day
• Rigid schedule to ensure coverage: scheduled lunch and breaks
• Customer service is key
• Some of the best folks on the team came from places like: Door-to-door sales, a Sales associate at Victoria's Secret, a Crew Member at Wendy’s
• Some earlier in their career with 1-3 years’ experience
