About The Role The Human Resources Generalist – People Operations & Talent at PCI is a pivotal role designed for a proactive HR professional seeking to expand beyond traditional recruiting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to partner with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to support the entire employee lifecycle, emphasizing operational excellence, compliance, and employee experience. While recruiting remains an essential component—covering high-volume hiring, internal mobility, and talent pipeline development—the primary focus is on strengthening HR operations and ensuring seamless HR processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about process improvement, with a keen interest in developing a comprehensive HR skill set that includes onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. This role is suited for someone who enjoys balancing people interactions with operational tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and delivering exceptional customer service. The position is primarily remote, with potential in-person responsibilities in Dallas, TX, and offers a chance to contribute to a dynamic organization that values growth, integrity, and employee well-being. Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in HR or related fields, or a 4-year college degree (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in high-volume outbound calling and candidate sourcing
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, employment laws, and best practices
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow and develop HR expertise
- Comfortable working remotely with potential in-person engagement in Dallas, TX
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for contact center roles and inside sales classes
- Partner with hiring managers to fulfill operational staffing needs both internally and externally
- Maintain and develop talent pipelines using various platforms and ATS tools
- Coordinate and facilitate virtual hiring events to attract qualified candidates
- Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and applicable employment laws across all recruiting activities
- Create and distribute internal and external communications related to talent acquisition and company updates
- Oversee onboarding processes from offer acceptance to active employment, including background checks and assessments
- Support new hire orientation to ensure an engaging and seamless onboarding experience
- Handle administrative HR tasks such as benefits inquiries, data entry, I-9 processing, and unemployment claims
- Design and distribute internal communications, including graphics for company news and initiatives
- Monitor employee satisfaction surveys and compile data to support continuous improvement
- Assist in employee relations activities, including documentation, termination procedures, and offboarding
- Support benefits administration, including health insurance, wellness programs, and retirement plans
