About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Business Development & Corporate Support team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is integral to supporting the creation of high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations that are visually compelling and strategically structured. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for long-format and editorial-style design, capable of transforming complex information into clear, organized, and engaging visual narratives. You will work closely with Lead Graphic Designers, the Creative Project Manager, and content teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with established creative directions and brand standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-visibility projects that directly influence revenue growth and support executive initiatives, all while developing your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of professional graphic design experience, agency or in-house experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe InDesign
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote
- Experience with long-format or editorial-style design projects
- Strong understanding of typography, grid systems, and structured layout principles
- Ability to follow established templates and design systems with precision
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Collaborative, coachable, and eager to learn and grow professionally
- Passion for Sports, Entertainment, and Hospitality industries (preferred)
- Design and format multi-page proposals, RFP responses, and presentation decks that are visually engaging and easy to navigate
- Implement structured layouts using established templates, grid systems, and style guides
- Apply strong typographic hierarchy and spacing discipline across long-form documents
- Ensure consistency in formatting, pagination, headers, footers, and sectioning systems
- Translate dense, complex content into clean, readable, and compelling visual layouts
- Support the refinement and updating of slide masters and proposal templates to improve workflow and consistency
- Work within established brand systems and design frameworks to maintain visual identity standards
- Collaborate with Lead Graphic Designers and Creative Project Managers to execute creative directions and meet project timelines
- Partner with copywriting and business development teams to ensure narrative and layout cohesion
- Participate in design reviews, incorporating feedback accurately and efficiently
- Prepare print-ready and digital files with meticulous attention to detail
- Conduct proofing and quality control checks to ensure formatting accuracy and visual consistency
- Support coordination with external print vendors when necessary
- Maintain clean, consistent, and polished long-format proposal documents that reflect brand standards
- Collaborate effectively across design, project management, and content teams to meet project goals
- Maintain strong visual clarity in information-heavy materials, ensuring readability and engagement
