Role Description
As SpinifexIT continues to grow across ANZ and globally, we are looking for a driven Growth Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise customers. This flexible work-from-home role offers the opportunity to work closely with enterprise customers, SAP partners and an experienced leadership team while having genuine ownership over renewals, upsell and cross-sell activity across an established customer base.
You will be responsible for driving outcomes across approximately 50 enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on customer retention, expansion revenue and long-term relationship management. Working closely with Consulting, Customer Success, Product and Support teams, you will help customers maximise value from their SAP HR and Payroll environments while identifying opportunities linked to business growth and transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise account management, SaaS or software sales and be comfortable managing customer discussions, pipeline development and complex stakeholder environments. Experience within SAP, HRIS, Payroll, or enterprise software solutions will be highly regarded.

Qualifications
- Account management and relationship-building skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
- Understanding of SAP HR and payroll environments, including implementation and data migration processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and risks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in enterprise software solutions or related industries is preferred
- A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Human Resources, or a related field is advantageous
