About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Global HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, governance, optimisation and continuous evolution of a global HR technology ecosystem, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
This role will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of SAP SuccessFactors and associated HR technologies, ensuring scalable, secure, compliant and business-driven solutions across a global organisation. Working closely with HR, IT, Digital Transformation and business leaders, you will drive process standardisation, digital transformation, system enhancements and HR technology innovation while leading a high-performing HRIS team.
Key ResponsibilitiesHRIS Ownership & Governance
- Act as the global owner and subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, defining the functional vision, roadmap and release strategy.
- Oversee the full SuccessFactors suite, including:
- Employee Central
- Recruiting
- Onboarding
- Learning
- Performance & Goals
- Development
- Compensation
- Talent Management
- Drive alignment with SAP product roadmaps, innovations and quarterly releases, including impact assessments and adoption planning.
- Manage and evolve the global HR technology landscape, ensuring scalability, integration and alignment with enterprise IT strategy.
- Lead system lifecycle activities, including upgrades, releases, testing and change impact assessments.
- Ensure compliance with global regulations, data privacy requirements and internal audit standards.
- Establish and maintain cybersecurity and data governance practices across HR systems.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of HR data across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain HR system documentation, process guides and governance frameworks.
- Define and execute a global HR data and analytics roadmap to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate requirements gathering and prioritisation across HR, IT, business stakeholders and external partners.
HRIS Operations & Service Management
- Ensure HRIS services follow structured incident, change and service request management processes.
- Manage ticket prioritisation and oversee the lifecycle of enhancements, fixes and system improvements.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across HR systems and processes.
- Lead user adoption and change management initiatives in partnership with HR and IT stakeholders.
Project & Change Management
- Lead global HR system implementations, upgrades and process transformation initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones and resource allocation.
- Define project deliverables, success metrics and governance structures.
- Establish effective stakeholder communication, reporting and engagement plans.
- Standardise project management methodologies and tools across HRIS initiatives.
- Drive process improvements from concept through implementation, rollout and stabilisation.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, SAP and external implementation or support partners.
- Develop and continuously improve HR technology vendor strategies to maximise service quality and cost efficiency.
- Facilitate regular engagement with SAP and key technology partners regarding product updates and future roadmaps.
- Lead vendor selection, onboarding, performance management and SLA governance.
- Manage vendor-related risks, escalations and dependencies.
- Coordinate collaboration between internal teams and external providers to ensure successful delivery and knowledge transfer.
- Support contract management activities in partnership with Procurement, IT and Legal teams.
HR Digital & Technology Strategy
- Define and maintain the global HR digital transformation roadmap aligned with organisational priorities.
- Drive automation, standardisation, digitisation and AI-enabled HR initiatives.
- Govern the broader HR technology ecosystem, including local HR systems and solutions.
- Identify, assess and implement innovative technologies that support future business needs.
- Oversee integrations across SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Power BI and payroll platforms.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor and develop HRIS team members into high-performing SAP SuccessFactors specialists and system analysts.
- Support capability building through coaching, training and professional development.
- Promote best practices in project delivery, HR technology implementation and SAP SuccessFactors optimisation.
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field.
Certifications
- SAP SuccessFactors certification advantageous.
- Project Management certification advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar HRIS leadership role.
- Proven hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules, including:

- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale HR technology implementations and transformation programmes.
- Strong change management, stakeholder engagement and communication experience.

- Strong strategic and systems-thinking capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.
