Multidisciplinary MEP Project Manager (Fully Remote)(Must live in EST or CST)
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary MEP and process engineering projects from proposal through construction closeout. This is not a single-discipline PM role. You need to have owned full project delivery across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, not just managed your own trade.
What You'll Do
- Lead multidisciplinary MEP and process engineering projects end to end
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process, BIM, and subconsultant teams
- Run kickoff meetings and recurring client meetings
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change requests, and construction administration
- Track schedules, deliverables, action items, and risks
- Monitor budgets, labor hours, and financial forecasts
- Serve as primary point of contact for the client
- Mentor junior project staff
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 4-8+ years of MEP or process project management experience
- Proven track record managing all disciplines on a project, not just one
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or data center project experience strongly preferred
- Strong Revit and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Must be based in Eastern or Central time zone
