Title: Project Manager – Mission Critical Data Center Security Design
Location: Fully Remote
Salary Range: $105,000 – $130,000/year
Overview:
Our company is seeking a Project Manager to support fast-paced, mission critical data center security design projects. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including stakeholder coordination, scheduling, QA/QC, construction administration, and project closeout.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Own projects from internal handoff through final closeout
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality across all project phases
- Track project schedules and deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Monitor project financials and design costs using project management/accounting tools
- Identify scope changes and prepare proposals for additional services
Client & Team Coordination
- Lead client meetings (virtual and onsite)
- Coordinate with internal design teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure evolving system design requirements are aligned throughout the project lifecycle
- Resolve project issues and maintain communication across teams
Design & Technical Oversight
- Conduct cross-discipline design reviews
- Prepare contract documents including:Revit drawings
- CSI-format specifications
- Use Bluebeam Revu for:Floor plan markups
- Single-line diagrams
- Elevations
- Design annotations
- Prepare assessment reports with actionable recommendations
Construction Administration
- Conduct field surveys and site assessments
- Review RFIs and submittals
- Perform site visits and punch walks
- Support acceptance testing
- Produce written field observation reports
QA/QC
- Perform quality assurance and quality control reviews
- Ensure compliance, consistency, and accuracy of deliverables

Technical Experience
- 5–7 years of low voltage / ICT / security design experience
- Experience integrating designs within A/E/C industry projects
- Familiarity with:Gates & fencing
- Electrical circuiting
- Cable pathway design
- Architectural door hardware
- Strong knowledge of mission critical data center physical security concepts
Software & Tools
Experience with:
- Bluebeam Revu
- Smartsheet
- Microsoft Office
- Revit
- BIM360
Industry Knowledge
Understanding of:
- BIM coordination
- Infrastructure coordination across disciplines
- NEC standards
- NFPA standards
- EIA/TIA standards
- BICSI standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ICD-705 standards
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field
