We're partnering with a fast-growing AdTech company that is helping publishers maximize revenue through smarter, more innovative technology.
They are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to build their product marketing function from the ground up. This is a high-impact role where you'll own positioning, buyer personas, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement while working closely with senior leadership to help drive the company's expansion into the enterprise market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS or AdTech and be comfortable translating complex technical products into clear, compelling messaging for customers and commercial teams.
- Build and own the company's product messaging, positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation
- Develop buyer personas based on customer research, including pain points, buying triggers, and success metrics
- Lead win/loss analysis to identify competitive strengths and opportunities
- Develop solution-selling frameworks and use-case libraries aligned to buyer needs
- Create product documentation including FAQs, objection-handling guides, and competitive battle cards
- Build a product architecture framework that clearly demonstrates how products connect to customer requirements
- Develop and deliver sales enablement programs to ensure commercial teams are equipped with the latest messaging and materials
- Define and track product marketing KPIs including win rates, sales cycle velocity, content usage, and messaging effectiveness
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into clear customer-facing messaging
- Partner with Marketing leadership across content, events, and broader go-to-market initiatives
- 5+ years of Product Marketing experience, ideally within an SSP or similar tech
- Proven experience building product marketing strategies and messaging frameworks from scratch
- Strong experience developing buyer personas, sales enablement materials, and competitive intelligence
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create compelling content across presentations, one-pagers, websites, and sales materials
- Strong understanding of the full product marketing lifecycle from positioning through go-to-market
- Comfortable working independently within a lean, fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior leadership
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar
