Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Specialist. The Mortgage Specialist will manage the entire mortgage process, including client consultations, document preparation, and financial evaluations. Responsibilities also include advising clients on suitable mortgage products, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The Mortgage Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate loan approvals and ensure a seamless borrowing experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Mortgages, Mortgage Lending, and related processes
• Experience in Mortgage Marketing and creating client-focused strategies
• Expertise in Finance, including analyzing client financials and recommending appropriate solutions
• Proven abilities in Customer Service, including excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with mortgage software systems and basic financial tools
• Relevant certifications or training in mortgage or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
