Position Overview The Provider Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for new and existing providers throughout their lifecycle at Skin Clique. This position supports administrative operations tied to provider onboarding, physician assignments, and general coordination across teams. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, enjoys detail-oriented work, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role is highly cross-functional and provides critical support to the broader Operations, Clinical, and Legal teams to ensure our providers are set up for success and can deliver best-in-class care. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Administrative Support
- Serve as a primary administrative liaison during provider onboarding, assisting with information collection, system access, and internal documentation
- Coordinate provider paperwork, including collaborative agreements, scope of practice forms, and practice information
- Ensure providers are added to relevant platforms (HRIS, training systems, internal communication channels)
- Support virtual and in-person onboarding processes by tracking completion of milestones and helping manage schedules, reminders, and follow-ups
- Assist with physician-provider matching logistics and related recordkeeping
Ongoing Provider Support & Coordination
- Maintain organized records of provider assignments, paperwork status, and onboarding progress
- Support administrative aspects of offboarding and provider transitions as needed
- Assist with physician coordination efforts by tracking preferences, state licensure, and supervising capacity
- Provide ad hoc support for special projects, provider communication campaigns, or initiatives tied to provider success and retention
Systems & Process Maintenance
- Keep provider records accurate and up to date across internal systems and shared trackers
- Prepare regular status reports and summaries for internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and coordination workflows and contribute to SOP updates
Requirements Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, human resources, or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, HR, or provider support roles
- Strong project coordination skills with a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in multiple web-based platforms
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and pivot in a fast-moving environment
