2. About the Opportunity:
The Virtual Assistant role is designed to provide comprehensive administrative support remotely, ensuring seamless coordination and operational efficiency for the team. This position is responsible for managing calendars, communications, and various organizational tasks that keep business processes running smoothly. The role is integral in maintaining clear communication channels, supporting project needs, and facilitating remote collaboration.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones
• Handle email correspondence and draft professional responses
• Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
• Maintain digital filing systems and databases
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external communications
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members
• Schedule and facilitate virtual meetings and distribute meeting minutes
• Manage contact lists and update CRM systems
• Conduct internet research and compile reports
• Assist with special projects and event planning
• Arrange travel and process expense reports
• Schedule and monitor social media content when applicable
• Assist with basic content creation and graphic design
4. Requirements:
• High school diploma required; Associate''s or Bachelor''s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or virtual assistant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Reliable high-speed internet and professional home office setup
• Computer with webcam and headset
• Availability during core business hours with possible time zone flexibility
• Discretion in handling confidential information
• Preferred: Experience with project management and CRM tools, bookkeeping software, social media management, graphic design skills, additional languages, or relevant certifications
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Competitive pay range of $18 to $30 per hour based on experience and role responsibilities
• Equipment allowance between $400 and $600 for home office setup
• Monthly internet reimbursement
