2. About the Opportunity:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to the Group Finance Officer, playing a critical role in managing executive schedules, communications, and priorities. This position ensures the smooth operation of the Finance function by coordinating with senior leaders and managing confidential information. The role contributes directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance leadership team, enabling strategic decision-making and leadership.
3. Responsibilities:
• Provide executive support to the Group Finance Officer, managing time and commitments effectively
• Manage a complex global calendar, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and documentation for leadership and board meetings
• Act as a gatekeeper to prioritize requests and manage competing demands
• Serve as liaison between the Group Finance Officer and senior stakeholders, including executives and global teams
• Coordinate communication across the Finance leadership team and broader enterprise functions
• Support preparation and logistics for executive meetings, offsites, and strategic reviews
• Plan and organise international travel logistics and itineraries
• Coordinate leadership meetings, including agenda setting, follow-ups, and tracking actions
• Support Finance leadership initiatives and projects to ensure timely and effective delivery
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Proactively identify ways to improve workflows and efficiency
• Create structure around priorities to support strategic focus of the Group Finance Officer
4. Requirements:
• Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, preferably in a global organisation
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities at all organisational levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
• Proactive mindset with initiative to anticipate needs
• High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The minimum full-time salary range is between $70,000 – $80,000
• This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program
