2. About the Opportunity:
The Customer Service Representative I - Workers Compensation Call Center*is an entry-level role essential for supporting the Workers'' Compensation department by managing inbound and outbound calls. This position assists claim adjusters by handling inquiries and ensuring clear communication, contributing directly to efficient claims processing and customer service within the team. Training is provided to support growth and success in the role.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Review claim history and provide accurate information to callers.
• Collaborate with claim adjusters to clarify details and resolve inquiries.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain punctual and consistent attendance.
• Perform additional duties to support department operations.
4. Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of call center experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
• Required internet speed of at least 80Mbps for remote work.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Pay range: $13.94 - $21.48 per hour.
• Compensation is market-based and varies by location, experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
