Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Service M8 Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations, assisting customers with inquiries, managing Service M8 software, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate will also communicate effectively with clients and team members to address concerns and requests in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication: The candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction: Proven ability to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent customer service resulting in positive experiences.
• Administrative Assistance: Experience with handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and managing scheduling tools such as Service M8.
• Other Qualifications: Strong organizational and time management skills, reliability in virtual work environments, proficiency in relevant software tools, and the ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively.
